- All BESPOKE items are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Once payment have been made, NO REFUNDS will be entertained.
- Bespoke price for custom measurements via boutique includes 1 time appointment for taken measurements & 1 time fitting with alterations. While, online preorder duration for standard size to be ship is after 30 WORKING DAYS excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday depending que preorders. Items will be ship by DHL Ecommerce. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder as no alteration during peak seasons.
- Full payments requires to proceed bespoke collection. Once made payment, kindly WhatsApp us at 0174108280 and inform you order number to set your appointments.
- Color chosen & customisation will be set during 1st appointment is unchangeable. Any major changes on design & detailing will be add new charges.
- For custom measurements via boutique, customers need to attend appoinment/fitting as set per discussion. If there is any delay on customers side, all agreements are cancelled after 60 days first/final fitting been scheduled.
